This shawl kit is so easy! 2 skeins of this soft DK yarn makes a shawl that starts with 5 stitches and increases with yarn/overs to make a very interesting shawl. Pattern included.

Dyed with acid dyes. Incredibly soft sport & worsted weight wool yarn, from our own sheep. Our sheep, bred especially for their soft fiber, are Romney, Finn, Corriedale and Border Leicester crosses. These animals are raised sustainably on our small, women-run farm in western Maine. The fiber is cleaned on-site using labor-intensive processes and eco-friendly soap. All yarns are spun at a Maine mini-mill. This yarn may include slight tonal variations.

Most 200-yard skeins of yarn include a picture of the sheep who grew the wool. By choosing to knit with our yarn, you support the human and sheep communities at A Wrinkle in Thyme Farm. We enjoy working to produce beautiful wool from happy sheep.
